1) How fast do we process orders?
Getting parts to fix your broken appliance can be critical. Therefore, we offer express as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Just select the shipping method when you finish your order. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.  If parts are not available within this time frame we will contact you by e-mail.

5) What is the return policy
We accept returns for 30 days after the order was placed. You must e-mail us at mailto:returns@stoveparts.net to request an RMA . You will have to pay for all shipping unless we sent  you an  item in error. In that case we will send UPS to pick up the item where available. There is a minimal 20% restocking fee to cover labor and expenses and charges imposed by our suppliers on items that have to be returned to them.
